The QCSO presents a unique and very successful program at the orchestra's dress rehearsal, allowing students to go "behind the scenes," see how the conductor and musicians interact, and meet the performers. Before the rehearsal begins music director and conductor Mark Russell Smith meets with participants in the lobby to give an introduction to what you're about to see and hear. You may also have the chance to hear from the guest artist.
